Questions
What happens when I hit a Free limit?
Nothing is deleted or hidden. You keep full access to everything already in your workspace; you just can't create new records past the cap until you upgrade.
What if a payment fails?
Your workspace keeps Pro for 30 days while the payment is retried, and we tell you the exact date. After that it returns to the Free limits — again, without deleting anything.
Can I get my data out?
Always. Export your whole workspace — records and uploaded files — from the app at any time, on either plan.
